When God speaks, it is not always while we are in a prayer closet or a church service. God will use the simple things to confound the wise. He will grab our attention using things that are dear to us, things we find interest in. Very often, He will speak when we are involved in the most mundane daily tasks to get our attention. Throughout the Bible, we find God using object lessons to teach. This page will contain a series of video lessons using the idea of making a knife on a forge. It is important to remember that God can use developed skills to teach us valuable lessons to be used in our daily life. In this series, we will look deep into the principles, not just the skill, of being forged with fire.

Lesson #3
Just as a man must search for the right material to make a knife, God searches inside each of us to bring forth what He desires. He uses the “fires of life” to shape us. Malachi 3:2-3
Lesson #4
After the heating, comes the beating. If you know, you know.
Lesson #5
The quenching process
The rapid cooling from the quench changes the molecular structure of the steel from the inside out …
Lesson #6
Grinding, sanding, sharpening, and polishing
