Give it to God and Go to Sleep

FatherGod, we come to You in a world where sleep often escapes us.  So many times our day has been filled with worries, and troubles on every side.   The evil hearts of man surrounds us.  Financial struggles abound now.  Families are falling apart.  The widow and the orphan must fend for themselves.  Children lie afraid in the dark, wondering which monster will come through the door tonight.  We trust You to calm our fears now as we lie down.  Lend us Your protection through the night.  Guard the door of our Home as we sleep.  Speak peace to our mind as we need to rest now.  We place every worry, every problem, every question into Your hands, as You promised to be up all night watching over us.  Thank You for being The God who sees.  Thak You for being The God who cares.  Thank You Father for Your promise to work everything out for my good if I follow You.  Good Night, Daddy.   Thank You for sweet rest!
