Are you
Raised and Seated?
But God, who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us,
even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus …
Ephesians 2:4-6
What a Difference a Year makes!
A year has come and gone since God first began our journey here with Raised and Seated. As He instructed us to “go back” and review His lessons along the way, He showed us so many amazing things. One of the delightful beauties of our God is the way He grows us step by step, piece by piece, into what His idea was for us all along. His attentiveness to detail, and never-ending teaching, are only two of our favorite things about this past year. How lovely to know that even this morning He had so much to say … all through a hammer and chapstick. ♡

Purpose. Passion. Promise.
(NOTE: Please watch the updated intro video before viewing this one. You can find that video at the top of this page under the title WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKES!)
Three words. Same number of letters. Depth in their meaning. The thing is, not one of us could ever truly understand any of them without Jesus. Aside from Him, they’re just “P” words. In this introduction video, we hope to share a piece of our heart with you, the one that He causes to beat each day. Our aim is to share The Promise that we pursue, The Passion we run with, and The Purpose for the chase.
The Purpose:
*To see God, our Father, glorified; Jesus, our Redeemer, treasured; and Holy Spirit, our Comforter, embraced.
*To witness conversations turning at His table --- because here, they should just be "different."
*To bring The Holy Bible alive so that no one can walk away feeling nothing.
*To unveil the exciting truth "There's just a better way to do Jesus."
*To be a part of the Revival of Visionaries that He is continuously molding and birthing into the world.
* To witness the Body of Christ displaying Jesus "correctly" to the world.
*To help a lost and dying world come to grasp the everlasting love of FatherGod through His gift of salvation in Jesus Christ.
*To lead unbelievers to the decision of making Jesus their eternal choice as Savior.
*To lead believers to the daily choice of making Jesus Christ the Lord of their life.
*To stand with Jesus in lifting up a standard against the enemy - exposing all lies, manipulations, and strategies of the evil one, overcoming him by the Word of our Testimony and the Blood of Jesus.
The Passion:
*To strive to do the full will of God the Father, glorifying Him ever in the process.
*To follow Jesus Christ as The Example according to the Bible, which is The Word of God.
*To witness Holy Ghost at work in the spirit inside us, and the world around us.
*To guide all people to the true understanding of the Person and Work of Jesus Christ; guiding all to the Biblical teaching of a need for a Savior; with acknowledgment through belief, confession, repentance and baptism; accepting Him as Savior and choosing Him as Lord.
* To be diligent in cultivating our own relationship with Jesus, while nourishing others that hunger for a vibrant daily walk with Him.
*To be watching and listening at all times for lessons He will want to teach us using others. (We are ALWAYS students, ever learning!)
The Promise:
* We will not take this for granted, and will strive to make our calling and election sure, according to 2 Peter 1:10.
* We understand the full weight of His assignment, and will endeavor to walk with God daily.
* We will not give up. We commit to see the vision through to the best of our ability.
*We will continuously "stir up the gift" (2 Timothy 1:6) because Teaching is a verb.
* Every word that flows from our mouth should answer the question "Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth?" (John 1:46 kjv)
*We will keep our EYE watching, and our EAR listening at all times, lest He speak a Word, or show His lessons, to bring forth.
* With the guidance of Holy Spirit, we commit to bring forth the lighted revelation of Jesus Christ that dispels all darkness, which is the Hope of the world.
People walk out who they believe themselves to be. Thing is, He offered each of us a life free from the cage. His grace says it's ok to be worried. He doesn't run when we make mistakes. He never expects us to figure it out on our own. God sees us as the story He can't wait to tell, the one that hasn't happened yet. No matter who we are, what bad habits we have, the color of our skin, or even what country we are from, He wants us here. There is a bold and brazen Jesus who died and rose again to leave us a fortune. He specializes in grimy situations and rumpled chaos. He beckons now,
"Come. I saved you a Mercy Seat."
